Some top graduates of the School of Mortgage Banking talk about ways to foster leadership and why it's needed now more than ever.

In a seemingly everchanging industry such as mortgage banking, creative leaders are more essential than ever. The industry's best and brightest are being challenged every day to take the initiative and make crucial decisions devoid of a template of solutions that worked in times past, since these times are like no other.

In mortgage banking, leaders are recognized by their position within a company, but more importantly, by their contribution to the industry. To recognize future leaders of the industry, the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA), through its School of Mortgage Banking, began bestowing the Willis Bryant Award each year at the Course III graduation ceremony.
